Feel free to contact our Help Desk at 1-888-771-7464 if you’re having an internet problem. If possible, please have the following information available so our Tech Support Staff can assist you more quickly:

  • Know your username
  • Know your password
  • Know your e-mail address
  • Know your security code (usually mother’s maiden name)
  • Know what brand and model of computer you have, i.e. IBM compatible, Macintosh, etc.
  • Know what operating system your computer uses, i.e. Windows 98, Macintosh OS 9, etc.
  • Know what browser you are using, i.e. Chrome, Firefox, etc.
  • Know what brand and model of modem you use
  • Write down any error messages that may be appearing when you are online
  • If possible, be close to your computer with it on and running when you call the Help Desk
